Retreating in the Winter offers a nourishing experience that fosters self-reflection, as the season's energy aligns with personal growth and cultivating new ways of being.
Arrive back home with an awakened sense of your refreshment after two nights and three days of befriending winter.
About our own private retreat getaway:
This space is perfect for old friends and new-found friends who want to gather and relax.
The property boasts large rooms with original wide-plank hardwood floors and antique back-to-back fireplaces on each level. The kitchen features a bee-hive oven that adds to its historic charm. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. The property is conveniently located across the street from a gourmet grocery store and just 5 minutes away from the beach. The lot size is good, providing plenty of personal space.
The retreat begins at 10am on Feb 15th & ends at 12pm on Feb 17th.
Included with your retreat:
- Daily yoga classes, morning vinyasa, and relaxing evening classes
- Daily guided meditation
- Ayurvedic living activities and discussions

Not Included:
- Massages will be made available for booking during the retreat, but participants are asked to pay for massages on their own. The cost does not include a massage.

Somatic Breath Journey

Through a specific breath technique coupled with rhythmic music, this union of breath and sound unleashes a cathartic release so you can step into your authentic self manifesting your true purpose both personally and professionally.

All meals are seasonal and made with fresh ingredients. Dishes are homemade creations and include two nourishing lunches, and two dinners, as well. They are plant-based with gluten-free and allergy accommodations. Meals are made with love and Ayurvedic practices in mind. Price includes all meals - a fully stacked kitchen for breakfast, tea, coffee, snacks, etc. and all lunches and dinners.
One of the unique offerings that your retreat includes is that Valerie and Meg both study under the same Yoga and Meditation mentors. Although, delivered through the authenticity of each teacher, this retreat offers consistent messaging in the physical practice of yoga and within the stillness of your daily meditation practices resulting in powerful transformation.
