Private Individual + Group Yoga Sessions
Experience personalized yoga stretch sessions that include movements, basics, modifications, and breathing techniques geared specifically for you- all to build flexibility, balance, and strength for your body + mind.
Meghan was an educator of 15 years and offers private yoga with young people, as well. Sessions for young people include calming strategies, movement, mindfulness games, breathing techniques, activities, and more.
Price: $85 for an online or in-person one-hour session. $95 for two to three people.
Packages: Purchase four private yoga sessions for $320.

Payments for online sessions may be made after your appointment with a credit card (3% additional charge applied for credit cards), Zelle, or Venmo.
