Are you a yoga teacher or someone who is interested in learning more about the benefits of breathwork and meditation for your personal practice or in teaching others? Join Meghan Leighton, 800 hour E-RYT, for an eight-week workshop series to explore pranayama (breathwork), Ayurveda (yoga's sister science), and meditation tools for ease and balance. We'll dive into neuroscience, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Ayurveda tips from the book Healing Your Life, by Dr. Marc Halpern, practical tools for everyday life, and tips for teaching others.
*30 Yoga Alliance hours earned for yoga instructors, although, you don't have to be a Registered Yoga Teacher to sign up. All are welcome!
Anyone is welcome to drop into class if there is space ($50 per session) but in order to earn Yoga Alliance credits you must sign up for the full series ($320 for 8 weeks)
