Join Meghan Leighton, 800 hour e-ryt, for a eight-week workshop series to explore pranayama (breathwork), concentration techniques, and meditation tools for ease and resilience.
We'll dive into neuroscience, the yoga sutras of patanjali, practical tools for everyday life, and tips for teaching others.
All are welcome!
