Looking to deepen your meditation practice in a group space? Join Meg Leighton for an hour of guided meditations and mindful walking. Each session will include breath work & meditation, mindful movement, and end with a seated meditation. Bring a meditation cushion or blanket and get ready to dive in! All levels are welcome.
Each session will focus on a tool for living untethered based on the yoga sutras and Michael Singer's work and book, The Untethered Soul.
