Join Meghan for yoga poses, breath work techniques, and a guided meditation every Thursday evening.
Topics covered will include breathwork techniques, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, and every day tools to manage stress.
You will receive recorded meditations each week that you may use on your own, as well.

Meetings will be held on Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed 24-hours prior to class.
*Materials needed~ comfortable chair or cushion and a pillow, for yoga and meditation.
*Four classses or one single class may be purchased.
