Join Meg in diving into the brain science behind meditation and contemplative practices. Each session will incorporate discussions, meditation and breathwork, stretches, and tips for starting or continuing your personal practice.
This eight-week online series will include:
Dr. Chris Niebauer’s work and research in the book No Self No Problem - we will read one chapter each week.
Discussions on the bridge between science & spirituality.
Practices to start and/ or maintain a daily breathwork and meditation practice.
The science of your mind, body, breath, nervous system connection…and more.
